About Kipepeo Green Heritage

And Who Are We?

At it's core, Kipepeo Green Heritage is a three pronged approach towards the Sutainable Development Goals, as set by the United Nations. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.

At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.

How We Do It

Kipepeo Green Heritage aims to Plant 2 Million Trees, especially Fruit Trees in the Next 4 Years, Establish Kipepeo Clubs for Tree Planting and Mentorship, Organize Kipepeo Camps, Facilitate the Empowerment of Youth & Women and Enhance Value Addition for Community Products.

"Masomo Mashinani" is a swahili phrase which loosely translates to Education for the Marginalized. This is a project undertaken by Kipepeo Green Heritage which involves Rehabilitating/Building Libraries and Furnishing Books, as well as Computing Devices, donated by Kipepeo's Partners and Well Wishers.
